I've been coming here for about four years and I must say the quality of service has dropped tremendously. I'm really looking for another nail shoppe.

The man/ owner behind the counter very rude. Not customer service orientated at all. Eyelash work not done as promised refused to refund or credit towards another service. Had nerve to be smart mouth when I asked about where the policy was stated, what can we work out since I paid for something I did not get. Won't be getting my business again. Customer beware.

Poor customer. Painfully saw nails down to nothing. Polish does not last 5 minutes after leaving shop. Rude and condescending workers. Will not go there again if it were free!
