The property manager here is so rude. I went in too talk to her she call the police. Just because she is the manager here. I would not recommend anyone deal with her. She have no customer service skill. Need to get rid of her.

Now this needs to be discussed make it make sense. First month rent plus deposit and it's still filthy from last tenants. All the vents were like this upon move in. And if you want to deal with attitude after you move in. I been nothing but nice to these people even courtesy call them when dangerous things are going on. Kids shooting up the places with bb guns while my kids outside I even called the cops vandalizing,robbing, I can go on and on. I can't even rate this place it's not worth the time it take to click the star.

Let me start by saying something nice. Its a great space for the price, very large townhouses. . BUT!!.. There's always a catch. After about 5 or 6:00, it turns into a night club outside, teenagers everywhere. People stand outside all night drinking, fighting and playing loud music. There have been break ins every other night. Bottom line, if you are not from the hood.. You will not feel safe here..

I would give this no stars, the pictures are not accurate and they have been drop from other websites. In the 7 months i have been here, they have had 4 rental mangers & 7 maintence people, and it is hard to get them to fix anything, I haven't had a/c for 2 months and only 1 eye on my stove works. There are a few nice neigbors but that s the only good thing i can say. Peoples apts have been broken into to, gun shots and police run through her at least once a week. This is not a place you want to live.
