This childcare center has scarred my child to the point of no possible repair. My child was smacked by a male student on 1 occassion. Her hair was snatched from the roots on a 2nd occassion. Not to mention that she has some sort of sickness every other week. And I, the parent am 'unenrolled' because I filed a complaint and voiced my frustration with the lack of supervision and empathy of the staff. Protect your child!! Ask your child questions!! This center needs a total revamp. The district manager is insensitive and will not put your childs best interest first! Her concern is protecting her job. Be careful of the façade when visiting. It is a total deception! After 4 months my child will endure years of psychological treatment and no longer be the cheerful and outgoing child that she once was. Praying for the children of Kindercare.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS FACILITY. MY SON WAS VERBALLY AND PHYSICALLY ABUSED HERE AND LEFT WITH BRUISES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE OTHER THAN COVERING UP THE INCIDENT. NO SUSPENSIONS TO THE TEACHERS INVOLVED AND A SUPPOSED INTERNAL INVESTIGATION WAS DONE BUT NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME OR MY SON TO GET HIS SIDE OF THE STORY OR TO EVALUATE HIM. MRS. DIEDRA THE TEACHER IN THE THREE YEAR OLD CLASS ACTUALLY ADMITTED TO ME THAT SHE PINCHED MY SON WHEN HE CAME HOME AND TOLD ME ABOUT THE INCIDENT BUT SHE WONT ADMIT IT TO HER SUPERIORS. There has been 3 separate incident where my son was physically abused he was abused by Mrs. Rose she tore his skin off under his arm. I asked my son how did he get the mark under his arm he said Mrs. Rose pinched him. There was no incident report initially filed I actually had to discover the bruise on my own while bathing my child. Then when I brought it to the directors attention they said my son said I did it which was false. I don't understand why I was not called to the school about the incident nor told about it. KinderCare is a state mandated reporting school so that means if the child has visible bruises weather done by a STAFF MEMBER, PARENT, ect it must be reported to DFCS CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES AND BRIGHT FROM THE START.... needless to say the incident was not reported. Ms. Diedra even went as far as to tell me my son was a tattle tell because he was at the age where he could tell on her now. I have seen Mrs. Diedra on numerous occasions get one of the bigger older kids to go hit one if the other students and fight them since she couldn't do it herself. The last incident took place when Mrs. Ray pushed my son to the ground and my son told me and I dis enrolled him immediately. CPS formed an investigation and the police department and everyone stated there is allot of inconsistencies in the staff story but its my word against there's and there isn't much they can do. I want every parent out there to know not to send your child to this facility. The teachers gossip about less fortunate children who do not look and dress to their likings. I no for a fact Mrs. Diedre smokes drugs and comes to work high. The staff is always out of ratio. Teachers are always late and complain about not getting paid enough. Ms. Diedre own words " I go above and beyond for your son they dont pay me enough I only been getting paid $9.00 an hour and I do way more than what's required for your son". They call the children names behind their backs to other parents. Corporate and the regional director Mrs. Kim have yet to contact me or do a follow up with me about the incident and it took place in November. But when I contacted them on today they said they can assure me they did an investigation but yet no one has called me or reached out. I even have text messages in my phone that i'm going to screen shot and upload to this page of Mrs. Diedre taking a picture of my son while on the clock and while my son is sleeping. She sent the picture saying "HIS BAD IS SLEEPING...MAD BECAUSE HE COULDNT.EAT THEM DONUTS....LOL". This is not the type of language or conduct that should be accepted by a teach while on the clock. Cell phones are not permitted to be used by the teachers while on duty and they especially should not be used to slander a child. The pain and abuse my child endured was unjust. Now my son has nightmares and wakes up crying because he cant return to the school. I feel my son is the only one suffering and he did no wrong. I feel the teachers should have been removed from the student pending the investigations outcome. Unfortunately there was no such thing done because they are out numbered with the number of teachers they have and do not want to pay new teachers a higher pay.
