Where do I begin? First, this practice is the worst at customer service and they don’t return calls, which probably speaks to why they’re in a rundown medical building. My horrible example with Atlanta Regenerative Medicine Institute began when they keep my drivers license upon registration and give me the run around when I tried to get it back. When I realized it was never returned two days later, I called and left a detailed voice message and emailed the office, but never received a reply. I then drive to the office 10am on a Saturday during the time they published they’d be open and the practice was closed. I call again the next business day, and finally get a chance to speak to a receptionist who confirms they have my license but provides no customer service or consideration that would allow me to get my license that day. I drive to the practice the next day calling ahead in the morning to let them know I was coming and to confirm when they closed, which was 4:30. I get there at 4:30 no one was there. Called the next day, and receptionist blatantly lies the staff walked out at 4:30 when asked what time they closed the day before. As expected I confronted her and told the practice about themselves and vowed to never do business with them again. I eventually did get my license but a week later from my initial visit. The weird part of my final interaction with the practice is having to use a different number to validate their office hours on the day I picked up my license. You see by that time, they refused to pick up my calls using the number I registered with. Furthermore, when I called a month later and left a voice message requesting my medical records to forward to a different provider, they were also non responsive. Like I said in the earlier, Atlanta Regenerative Medicine Institute is the worst. This practice does not care about their patients. They have extremely poor customer service. Everything was good until I called them out for their incompetence and told them I wouldn’t be using their practice. Then they really showed their hand. It’s all about the money. I question a company that operates like this. I also question this practice’s legitimacy and ability to appropriately treat patients. Furthermore, if you do a search on this company you can’t find any past or recent reviews on Yelp, google or Facebook. This seems fishy and makes you wonder if a scrub of past unhappy clients occurred. Anyhow patronize at your own risk.
