My family and I have been going to fuki for many years now. The food is always excellent, the place is always warm and inviting and the service is very attentive.

Mike Sandberg here. Long time River Edge resident. I highly recommend Fuki Sushi, folks.BYOB ring some Saki if you go. They have delicious exotic selections as well as the usual fare of rolls. I recommend the salmon roll with cream cheese and brown onion. The chefs are friendly and will chat with you if so desired. Look, Im Mike Sandberg. I dont just put my name on anything River Edge related. This is a fine, clean place, so take a try and enjoy yourself. Only reason I omitted a star is the awful parking situation. Car pool if possible if you are going with friends.

It's our local little Japanese place, but I've eaten at a lot of Japanese restaurants and this one is deffinitely the best. Their ginger salad dressing is reason enough. Their sushi is fresh and I don't know what they do to their rice, but it's good. Their cooked food is excellent as well. Their prices are reasonable and we've never had a problem with service there.
