Mike Sandberg here. Long time River Edge resident. I highly recommend Fuki Sushi, folks.BYOB ring some Saki if you go. They have delicious exotic selections as well as the usual fare of rolls. I recommend the salmon roll with cream cheese and brown onion. The chefs are friendly and will chat with you if so desired. Look, Im Mike Sandberg. I dont just put my name on anything River Edge related. This is a fine, clean place, so take a try and enjoy yourself. Only reason I omitted a star is the awful parking situation. Car pool if possible if you are going with friends.
