Elite Elastomers is a very poor company that does not care about employees or the company! The plant manager hired her boy friend as a supervisor over the whole plant and they run it very poorly!! Favoritizim is on the work floor and disrespect is high!! the company will not run to long with actions like this.. nothing but pill heads and drug dealers that are employed
