General Info
Kirk S. Wondra DDS - He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from the University of Arizona. He attended the University of Arizona on a French horn scholarship. Dr. Wondra opened the practice in 1999 without a single patient of record and has proudly seen thousands of patients over the past 11 years. He has worked very hard over the years to deliver the best patient care possible. He has the most up to date technology in his office and attends continuing education on a regular basis to keep up with all change in the dental field. Some of the latest technology he uses includes digital radiography, Cerec one visit restorations, soft tissue laser, and an air abrasion unit. He is very thorough with all of his patients, and insists on a comprehensive exam with every new patient. He strives to deliver the best patient care in a timely manner. He works very hard to make sure that there is little time spent in the waiting room and that the patient is as relaxed as possible in the dental chair. Dr. Wondra has attended several classes on Leadership in Dentistry and received advanced Cerec and Laser training. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the New Mexico Dental Association. A full set of digital radiographs are taken at the initial visit to ensure a total comprehensive exam. At each visit an Oral Cancer examination is performed. Every tooth is checked for cavities or decay around teeth, existing fillings and crowns. The gums are checked around each individual tooth to check for periodontal (gum) disease. An Intra-oral camera, for use within your mouth, is used to help you & your provider to see up close at every tooth. Zoom Teeth Whitening is now available.

Not very polite at all and the dentist didn't even examine my teeth like they usually do at end of cleaning- he barely looked at them at all! I think because I said I wasn't sure if I could afford a couple of fillings right now but maybe I could do one if needed. The dentist just stood next to me, had me open, looked for about 5 seconds and asked if I had any questions. I did and I was blown off and he walked away, never said have a nice afternoon or anything. Then upon leaving I was asked to sign a quote for a couple fillings - they wanted me to sign that they went over it with me even though they didn't and didn't give me a copy of it. Unless they know they make a ton of money off of you they don't treat you well. Only in it for the money and not actual patient care at the same time. VERY disappointing.
Digital xray concepts very cool
