The building was nice and they had plenty of magazines, the lady who cut my daughters and my hair was very nice, but she didn't listen to a thing we said. I said don't touch my bangs and she cut me a whole head full. I said cut it to my shoulders and it is way above. I was turned away from the mirror and couldn't see what she was doing. My daughter wanted side bangs and she gave her a head full as well. Like I said she was really nice so we didn't want to say anything. She either needs to stick to older people or take classes to update her on the newest styles. The reason I am writing this is to help out, by letting others know and to help her out!
