Mike not only educated me on the issues that a dying battery or disconnected battery can cause with the equipment ; he assisted me in replacing my battery as I am a car novice. Thank you!

This guys equipment malfunctions and he acts like hes the judge jury and executioner. I would advise you to stay away from this place, only one guy running the show, If you like to wait all day then be told he cant get to you, then this is your place. Just to get it off is a hassle with this place...Bad bad customer service!!! BEWARE!!!!
