The staff is very unattentive and does not have the ability to serve walk in customers. This is the third time in one week where my wife has called in and they mention to come in, but when she arrives they keep telling her that nobody is available and they cannot help her. Absolutely ridiculous. It is just better to avoid this place and pay the extra money for a licensed cosmetologist and a business where they treat you like a customer should be treated.

There are new owners for this school and a lot of positive student and client feedback. They have cleaned the place up, students are positive and clients enjoy the savings and the results.
