If your apartments are going so fast then why did you charge my family when we couldn't move in due to serious problems for 2 months rent? We were going to relocate back to the Valley until we had to pull my father in-law out of the nursing home because he was being abused. And then we had to care for his brother who was terminally ill he passed away this past Saturday. Your making it seem like your apartments are renting really fast but you reported to the 3 credit reporting agencies that you could not rent our apartment for two months. You kept our security deposit and reported that we owe Riverside $1600.00. Where's the compassion? And how fast are your apartments really renting?
