Please verify your legal description before you accept or pay for a survey from this firm. Surveyors DO make errors and that error could be very costly to YOU the landowner. My Metes and bounds were incorrectly identified. According to Aguilar it was a typo and not that serious of an error, but I had to correct his mistake and do a Correction of Deed which was prepared by an Attorney. The Aguilar team down plays the error and claim Deeds could be prepared by ANYONE.. does not have to be an attorney. I'm NOT taking the RISK of having a deed prepared by just anyone. We are talking about valuable real estate and won't leave it up to just anyone to preprare. This is not the first negative feedback we heard about this Aguilar Firm. They are notorious for making errors on their descriptions. I feel for all those people that believe their surveys are correct.... Please everyone verify your metes and bounds all the calls just be confirmed . DON'T pay until you have everyting correct.
