I join for the pool and after a while I was going and mold began to grow around the wall of the room and some ugly stuff in the pool I get sick every time I go I wanted out of my contract and they want me to 156.00 dollars beware the staff is terrible to deal with It is bad alway around beware

The water in the pool is miserably cold almost every day and the pool area is filthy. Several people have approached the owner to complain, only to be told that they don't need to come back.

The Rock Fitness Center should now be allowed to stay in business, the place is dirty, the people that work there are not helpful, but considering the owner Rodney Waters who is without out doubt a jerk, arragont, and only wants people to pay him money, no consideration what so ever about his clientel. Mr. Waters does not tell the truth, he tells lies, STAY AWAY from this place if you are considering a gym to work out in, the Pool is filty dirty and seemingly never gets cleaned. Rodney Waters and his Rock Fitness Center is a zero.

THE ROCK FITNESS CENTER IS WITHOUT A DOUBT A JOKE TO BE CALLED A FITNESS CENTER, THE POOL IS ALWAYS DIRTY, AND THE HEATER IN POOL DOES NOT WORK THE MAJORITY OF THE TIME. THEY HAVE BEEN SUPPOSEDLY MOVING SOME OF THE EQUIPMENT FROM UP-STAIRS TO DOWN STAIRS, SO THE ELDERLY CAN USE THE MACHINES, BUT THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED, WHEN I ASKED ABOUT IT, SAME OLD STORY WE ARE WORKING ON DOING THAT,, BALONEY!! THE OWNER, RODNEY WATERS HAS THE WORST BUSINESS MANNER OF ANYONE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. HE IS RUDE, CRUDE, AND ONLY WANTS MONEY, HE WILL TELL YOU I WANT YOUR MONEY, DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONCERN ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS. DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HEARING YOUR COMPLAINT, IT IS ALL ABOUT MONEY, HE SHOULD GO TO ONE OF THE OTHER PLACES AND SEE HOW A REAL BUSINESS IS RUN. I KNOW SEVERAL PEOPLE THAT HAVE BEEN MEMBERS THERE, AND NOT ONE HAD A SINGLE COMPLEMENT ABOUT RODNEY WATERS OR THE "ROCK FITNESS CENTER". TAKE HEED THE MAN IS A CROOK DO NOT GO THERE AND BE SUCKERED IN!!.. I AM NO LONGER A MEMBER..

Just a detail, why can't the management pay attention to little things like cleanliness? When I spend time getting there, changing clothes, then upon entering the pool I find that a parent with an infant has dirtied the pool,it is the paying patron who must report it to the front desk as they are leaving without using the pool.

someone should have the job of inspecting all parts of the facility before opening the doors. I have lost over a year of my membership because the place is dirty.
