Please for the sake of your loved one and your family , don't choose this hospice group. We were with this hospice for about a week and knew our mom didnt have long, we wanted her to be as comfortable as possible and suffer as little as possible, Every time we contacted this group they would have to put us on hold because they didnt have my moms name right in the computer, a week into this, the night my mom passed we called them and was put on hold for 10 minutes because they still had moms name wrong in the computer, while my mom struggled to breath, my mother suffered for 3 agonizing hours, we made numerous calls and no one from hospice would come to help us, the nurse on call said she had to work day shift the next day and didnt know how long this would take so she didnt come. Please for the sake of the person you love DON'T choose this hospice. They will not be there when you need them and they don't care how much pain you or your family member is in. If this saves one person from going through the pain my Mother and our family have had to endure it is worth it. My Mom deserved so much better

The night my mom passed we contacted them and again we were put on hold for 10 minutes because they still didnt have her name correct,even though I told them she was struggling to breath. We made numerous calls over the next 3 hours and couldnt get a nurse to come help us, Michelle was her nurse and wouldnt come because she said she had to work day shift the next day and didnt know how long this would take. We chose to get hospice care because we knew mom didnt have long and we wanted her as comfortable as possible and as pain free as possible, I would give anything if we had chosen a different hospice and if I can save one person from going through the pain and agony my mother and our family went through for 3 hours than it is well worth writing this review. No one should have to suffer the way my mom did and no family should have to live with these terrible memories for the rest of their life.
