Promise Pediatrics has been serving our communities since 2001 as a leader in pediatric and adolescent health care. We offer full laboratory services, patient education, and much more. We offer pediatric care for children from birth to 21 years of age. We accept Georgia Medicaid and most private insurances. We strive to be timely and work to give you information you need to care for your child. We are Pediatricians serving Ringgold, Chickamauga, Lafayette, Rossville, Dalton, Tunnel Hill and the surrounding N. Georgia area.
