Marty Samples of AAA Appliances will not stand behind his work. He repaired our double oven at a cost $400.00. He was called the following day to tell him the oven was not repaired . He said he would be out next week. After not hearing from him, we tried to call him and he refused to take our calls. When he recognized our voice, complaint or number, he would say hello, hello, hello as though he could not hear us. We tried contacting him from other numbers and he would use the same routine as soon as he recognized us.



I don't understand why he would not work with us, take the control board back to Brown's where he purchased it if it was faulty. We are out $400, an oven that still doesn't work, and a repair man that want even communicate. I hope no one else has to experience this.
