Provided by YP.comI used Sebastian Printing to make jerseys for our soccer team... twice.
The first time 18 jerseys, 17 of them perfect and one of them with a different print color. That's right, 17 of them with white logo printing on the front and white numbering on the back. One of them with black logo printing on the front and black numbering on the back.
I live in the neighborhood, so I wanted to give them a second chance. Six months later I went back to get our new goal keeper jersey printed. Keeper jerseys are particularly expensive, this one was $65. I can't even really explain with words the gross and ridiculous mistake they made. Mind you, that beforehand they print for you an image of the finished job so no mistakes can be made.
Tonight our goal keeper will play with a jersey that has our team's logo on the shoulder and our team's name on the side armpit.
The two people that I've met that work at Sebastian Printing seem lovely, but obviously they do things carelessly here. The first time they just did not read the instructions for color before printing the first jersey, and the second time they didn't even take the 5 seconds to look at the image that they provide of the finished product.
I tried to find a solution, and I came up with several options of how I could have kept going there for future jobs and get something in return for the two previous mistake, but all the employees could offer was a small discount. From what they said, it is because they do not own the business and they are not allowed to give a better deal than the one they proposed. So, the real issue here seems to be the employer. Sebastian Printing is interested in short term profits, not long term relationship with its customers, and it trickles down to its employees.... they do not care about your belongings.
