Friends preschool in Ridgewood is fabulous! It is small, creative, and nurturing. Both of my daughters loved it. The teachers are very experienced, energetic and committed to the children. Every part of the school day is fun and stimulating and the children are learning the whole time. The art is creative and messy. In addition to swinging, sliding, climbing, running or playing in the sandbox, the children can collect leaves and acorns or dig for worms. The curriculum is play and project centered.
