  Regulatory and arbitration counsel – Eric has represented clients in well more than one hundred FINRA arbitrations, and has learned the lessons of when to fight, when to fight hard, and when settlement is in the client’s best interests. He has also represented securities industry professionals in a wide range of regulatory and enforcement actions brought by FINRA, the SEC and various state regulators, matters that involve both relatively straightforward rules violations all the way to potentially career-ending securities fraud cases.
