When I first considered moving to Oakbrook I felt it was really out of my price range but what sold me was the really nice staff. They are very friendly and understanding with always a smile on their faces. Whenever I had an issue, 3 I can think of, maintenance came right out & fixed it within a day or two. Most of the apts are outdated but you do have an option to stay in an up to date model for an up to date price. One thing I loved about the apts is the selection to choose whether or not to have tile or carpet, which is what I was looking for since I was planning on having a pet. Another great thing about living here is the apartment is very spacious even for a one bedroom with washer & dryer connect & free cable & internet. Now no place that you stay at will be perfect, sometimes its hard to find a park close to your building and the garbage is a nice walk depending where you stay and even the price might be a bit much but after sitting with the staff and seeing that they actually care you wouldnt mind the little faults that this place has to offer.

DO NOT rent from this complex!!!! They are horribly managed. I lived there for 3 months and had to break my lease to get out. Even though I gave appropriate notice as per the lease aggreement and paid all the necessary fees - they still sent me to collections without ever attempting to contact me. I have been calling every day for 2 weeks to remedy the situation and they say they are still working on it even though I provided them with the cancelled checks to prove that I paid. And to top it off - she admitted that she remembered me paying all the fees and couldn't figure out why they had sent me to collections!!!!! YOU DO NOT WANT TO LIVE HERE
