They did not try to ad to the necessary repairs and honored their price quoted. After 1,000 miles on the rebuild transmission I am very pleased. I never have a problem paying a fair price for good work. I would use them again

After an unknown problem resulted in intermittent acceleration problems I purchased a code reader. After reading the codes on the vehicle there were none found that would explain the problem. My wife had a recommendation for Furr from an acquaintance. We took the vehicle there. The husband and wife team were slick. They told us we needed a new transmission but did not offer to show us the codes. My wife began fighting me over my desire for a second opinion from another shop. Well just like Eve, my wife got her way and Furr said they did approx $4k worth of repairs. Just after their warranty expired the problem shows up again. I told my wife to take it to the dealer, where you may get screwed but at least they screw you well enough to last a few years. She took it back to Furr. $1200 later she is driving it home from their shop and it breaks down. Need I say more? I will. They must be using snake oil and bailing wire for their repair jobs.
