Worst car buying experience I've ever had. If you must buy from this dealership you better know every accessory and detail of the pricing and parts before you show up because they will nickel and dime you to death. My advice would be go to somewhere else, even though you will have to go out of state to to still get an Acura.

I called and scheduled an appointment to get my van serviced, oil change, inspection sticker, and tires rotated. When I got there at my planned time. Nobody would help me. When someone finally did help me, he told me to leave that they do not service Dodge vans at their dealership. I gave them what type of van it was when I made the appointment. I could have spent that hour on my Saturday, doing something different and just gotten my service done somewhere else. I thought I could trust this place from past experiences. I was wrong. I will never buy anthing else from them nor will I ever take another vehicle back there again.
