I contacted the salesman, Joe who arrived and promised speedy service and accurate work that was "The best in the industry" and well reccommended by climax etc. What I saw was poor quality finish, tolerances that were wrong from what the report told me, and he actually exploded at one of his employees! The lack of professionalism and service from this company would reflect the reasoning for 1 star- disgruntled customer
