      Highly recommended! Brides to be can save a fortune! There wedding cakes are spectacular! Chef Paulie is wonderful and willing to work with you every step of the way. I cannot rave enough about this business, everything from excellent help to wonderful ideas and extremely cooperative. So forget those million dollar, high-profile, lousy attitude bakers and call Paulie, you will be so glad you did!

There is no account that is too big or too small for us. We at Palermo's offer personalized and private tasting appointments to serve our customers every need. We cater to all types of parties including: weddings, showers, birthdays, and anniversaries, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and any other occasion. We take pride in servicing our wholesale and retail customers. Our wholesale accounts send customers directly to our showroom in which they have a personal consultation with our experienced staff. Our customers can taste and customize their cakes and specialty orders to fit their needs. We offer these services as an accommodation for our highly valued customers.
