Had the most incredibly rude customer service experience of my life with Zooom's owner, Ben Rossi. He reneged on a prior deadline agreement at the eleventh hour, and then responded with statements like "I don't care!" when pressed to honor his word. He openly mocked me, told me that he had no concern for my deadline or our agreement, and called me names. If you would like to be treated respectfully, avoid.
