I have been going to Dr Rainer for a while. I've been trying to give him another chance and hoping things would improve. He strongly recommended a picture of the back inside of my eye for later review to see if any changes occur that could indicate any health problems. This was two years ago and has yet to review the old test and the current results. He interrupts and won't listen to concerns. My vision is still blurry, even after 2 eye glass prescriptions. He doesn't seem to have any concern for this and lacks motivation to find and fix the problem. The office manager almost always has been short and often acts like I am an inconvenience. She has never been polite nor professional. Time to leave and find another doctor.

Highly recommend. I've been going to Dr. Rainer for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr. Rainer is always up to speed on the latest techniques and technology. And, his office staff is friendly and efficient.
