SHS Personnel is the registered trade name of S-H-S International of Richmond, Inc SHS Personnel has been owned and managed for 24 years by W. Bruce Swartz, who is a Certified Personnel Consultant and holds B.S. and M.Ed. degrees from the College of William and Mary in Virginia.
