I purchased a vehicle from Pearson and brought it in for service. When I picked I up, the side window was cracked. I promptly brought it to the attention of the service manager and he informed me that they were NOT responsible because I couldn’t prove they did it, despite it being in their care the entire time. Additionally, the staff was quite unfriendly but I was willing to overlook that until they broke my window and refused to fix it. I will never purchase another vehicle from Pearson nor will I trust them to service a vehicle in the future.
