I would not recommend having your loved one stay at Morningside in the West End. Our first hint of a problem was on move in day. Morningside was not prepared and did not have everything needed to ensure the proper care of our loved one. The staff was not responsive to the residents needs. They let our loved one suffer needlessly because of their lack of attentiveness. Hospice left specific directions for the nursing staff which they did not follow. Even simple things such as scheduling transportation to a doctor's appointment was difficult.
