Visited location to purchase a microwave light bulb. First thing I noticed was the smell of stale cigarette smoke which almost made me sick (heavy smokers working and smoking inside the store). Only one salesperson was friendly and helpful. The other women sat behind the counter and ignored my request for help. I had to place an order for the bulb and when I went to pick up the order I asked for the helpful young lady that had assisted me. The other women working behind the counter made snide and unprofessional comments about the fact that she'd always left work right on time. Management clearly has no desire to provide good customer service or a clean and healthy work environment. Will shop Lowe's next time I need an appliance or part.
