I had a situation where I had incorrectly ordered two shirts with a large online order we placed. Our shirts had been shipped to an embroidery company down the street from the Joseph A. Banks location on Gaskins Road (I am physically located in Raleigh, NC). I called the store to see about placing an order with them and having it shipped to the embroiderer. Ron M. took care of my order AND dropped the shirts off for me at the embroiderer. I was blown away by the customer service provided! I highly recommend this Joseph A. Banks to anyone who is shopping for quality clothing with exceptional customer service!
