Michele, the owner of this company, is one talented chef. I am fortunate enough to have tried a lot of her creations. There is a lot of thought that goes into matching a client with just the right menu. From food sensitivities to simplicity to decadence, it seems like Michele likes a challenge and likes to keep it fresh, different, constantly trying to outdo herself and make another dish that pushes the limits of creativity. She does it with a great attitude and a fair price. Highly recommended.
