Let me start off by saying the service I received from the limo driver was wonderful. But the costumer service in the office is beyond terrible. It is the worst I have ever seen. I had problems with them and needless to say instead of working to fix the problem the company including the GM and owner refused to work with me and could care less whether the problem was resolved or not. The whole office including the manager and owners were very unprofessional and rude. I never write reviews but felt so strongly about what happened to me I felt I had to in hopes it would help save someone else from going through what I went through.

The Limo Service I received was beyond compare and I would recommend him to anyone if he worked for another company. Unfortunately the customer service and office staff was the worst I have encountered anywhere. I could not believe the level of service I got from the staff as a whole but especially from those in charge. They showed no concern for my problem and were very unprofessional and rude.
