Coleman always does a great job!

Coleman Brothers Florist ruined my special occasion! Flowers were never delivered for my wife's birthday at her job. They claimed they left them at the front desk for her. Her job is at a hospital with 3000 employees, so leaving them at the front desk isn't delivering to her, and she never got them. When I called to complain and ask for a refund, they laughed and hung up on me. THAT WAS THE OWNER'S RESPONSE. When I called back they wouldn't answer. I tried back again a few hours later and they told me they help up their end by delivering the flowers to the address provided and they couldn't help it if she didn't receive them. They would not refund anything. They cut me off mid sentence and hung up on me again. I was not rude at all and tried to be as nice as possible. NEVER use them for anything. We have been customers for over 35 years and this is how they treated us! NEVER AGAIN. Tim Wilkinson, shame on you.

I ordered a funeral basket for the home, all white, to pay tribute to my beloved friend, who passed away on Feb. 27, 2013. I couldn't be more pleased with the results. It was exquisitely beautiful! I have never been dissapointed with a delivery of flowers from Coleman Brothers & I will continue to use them always.

I will NEVER place another order with Coleman Bros again. I placed a Mother's Day order on 4/23 to ensure she received the Keepsake vase shown in the image but they sent a standard cheap clear glass vase. The roses were trimmed (outer petals plucked), they substituted Baby's Breath for the Bupleuprum, & the entire arrangement was dead 4 days after it was delivered on 5/12/12. This is the SECOND time they have failed to deliver the Keepsake vase, substituting a plain, clear glass vase w/ NO notice to me of a substitution, yet I was charged the full price for the Keepsakel vase. Very poor service. I nor anyone in my family will do business with them again.

I really love them. I placed an order yesterday they delivered it rightaway. You can really trust them in any occasion. You can be 100% confident with them.
