The first customer who disagree I want to address this to her just for her information.. yes, when a ring is special ordered like your tungsten was, the manufacturer sends it in a pastic bag n not in a box. As soon as it comes in, the ring is inspected by the jewelry consultant n when satisfied, the customer is called n informed to come pick it up. Till the time the customer comes to pick the ring up, it stays in the same plastic bag. It's not gross its just the way its kept as its not just your order but a lot of customers orders in there n that's the easiest way to stack it up :)

I also disagree with that lady.It was in a little plastic bag?What did you want it in a brown paper bag or maybe a Wal-mart Bag?Lady be serious,overtime I have been in with my wife to purchase multiple items and overtime this young lady Kali has been more then helpful and nice.She goes over and beyond for her customers.I just bought my Father a 2 carat Eternity band and Kali helped me the whole time in order to get the "right" one.Thanks Zales and thanks Kali.Im a loyal Zales customer!

I so disagree with the last review on this site, I went to the same store and the team was very helpful, my husband and I just celebrated our 25 year anniversary and we just bought a beautiful new one and a half carat solitaire from a jewelry consultant named Olivia. Olivia was very informative and taught us allot about the purchase we were about to make. I'm very happy with the purchase that my husband and I made and even happier with the customer service that I received at that Zales store. Olivia even had her jeweler size my ring on the spot the same day I bought it so I could wear it to our anniversary dinner that night... Thanks so much Zales! You have made a customer for life!

I purchased a wedding band here for my fiancee and it was a horrible experience. I ordered the ring in a Tungsten material and wanted to have it engraved with a scripture when it came in. Well the sales representative neglected to tell me that they would not engrave that material. So when they called to tell me the ring was ready for pick up, they informed me. Well, at this point I'm mad because they knew this before I ordered and paid my money. Then they refer me to another jewler that would do the engraving and told me to just walk in there and tell them Zale's sent you to get a discount. In my head I'm thinking "yeah right! I just walk in there and tell them Zales sent me?...These people were very unprofessional and had my ring waiting for me in a plastic baggie for me to pick up. Gross...
