5/5 stars. Out of three stores, they were the only business that had inventory of their carpet. That was a huge selling point. On top of that, the technician was great to work with and very knowledgeable.

They promptly returned my call and were able to visit the same day! His work in removing latex paint from my carpet was excellent. I'm grateful.
