      Roberta Patterson, CNM, is certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board. "I love being a midwife. I can't imagine doing anything else. Midwifery care is centered on the patient and teaching about normal pregnancy and birth, all while watching for complications to ensure a safe delivery. "The thing I enjoy most about healthcare is the relationship that is built between the patient and the provider. I've learned I also benefit from those relationships. I've been blessed throughout the years to encounter so many great people."
