Very happy with their work. Had two silver maples taken down. They had to fight wires plus the house. Such a nice job done-clean up was above and beyond. Thank you so much!!!

I contacted Fox Tree service more than 4 times to have two trees trimmed. It took a week for them to go to the property to give an estimate. I was told they would cut them within 1 week and that was two months ago. I have called 4 times since. I always had to initiate ccommunication and was met with frequent rescheduling for 'this week or early next week' but they never actually came. I will be looking for a new provider. This is a rental home, luckily the broken limb had fallen from the tree without damage to the home or renter. We really tried to be patient because they are our neighbor but 2 months with poor communication is unacceptable.
