I had a very good experience at Toyota. They gave me the best deal around- I checked. Felt comfotable and treated fairly. Overall they get a five star rating from me!

I LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! They give the extra effort to make sure that I'm happy every time that I go there. The waiting areas are comfortable and they have a big play area for kids while you wait. I bought my car there and have all my service done there. A great bunch of people!

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY USE HIGH PRESSURE SALES AND FORCE YOU TO BUY A CAR AT A PRICE THAT IS ATLEAST $ 3000 MORE THAN WHAT YOU SHOULD ACTUALLY PAY FOR.I looked at the RAV 4 a couple of weekends ago. Experience = pathetic. The gal who showed us the car was great and did a great time explaining the features. She then took us to a sales manager who was extremely rude and basically used very high pressure sales tactics to sell us the car. We were soo offended that we went to another dealer ship and bought a Honda CRV. The whole experience was soo bad that I will never go to that dealership again.

We gave an exact description of what we wanted, they said they had it, at a price we liked. We got there, they had one truck like we wanted, it was $5,000 more than they quoted over the phone. We wasted 6 HRS in the dealership buying the truck. We had to say "No" to a lease 6 times. We rejected the insurance 6-8 times. When I complained they kept pushing me to someone else. I talked to 12 people, I was told the owner would call me. He listened to me for about 1 minute, said he would call me back and instead he had someone else call me. When I asked why he didn't call (because he said he would) I was informed that he was too busy to listen to my complaint because of vacation & other duties. We never got any satisfaction. We will NEVER shop here again. I have talked to at least 20 other people with similar complaints about this dealer. Even the license branch employees apologize when they find out you have been to this dealer! Richmond would be better off without this dealership!
