Wonderful kennels and great groomers

Great staff! Very clean! My dog seemed happy!!

The first time I took my pooch there they did a good job. The second time they didn't do any grooming but an eyebrow trim (and made me help or that wouldn't get done). Over the summer I tried to board him there, I was leaving that day and no one showed up to get him at the business, nor did they answer the phone. I found a last minute replacement and then was told it my fault they weren't there. The prices are reasonable, but the customer service skills need a lot of work.

Max is my first puppy so I have never had to board a pet. Bed Bath and Biscuits is AWESOME! He is 5 months old and was just awesome when I picked him up after 3 days! The staff treated him like he was theirs and he was a very happy camper when I picked him up! Will be recommending them to all of my friends ! Thanks Teresa!!! You and your staff rock!!!

Was VERY pleased the first time I got my dog groomed there and excellent price ($20). Just had her groomed the second time and they missed one of the back legs and did not trim around the ears or tail like they did the first time and the price went up to $25 I will probably give them another chance and then will see what I think..

Bed, Bath & Biscuit is the very best for boarding your pets. We will never take our dogs anywhere else. Everything about this business is positive. Pet & people friendly.
