This is so true. It's really weird because they have good deals and great food but the guy on the phone needs to relax.

Love their pizza, it is consistently great. Out of the past 10 years I have only not like their pizza twice. Only draw back is the person that usually answers the phone (the owner)...he is always grumpy about something---remeber the jerry seinfeld episode about "the soup nazi" well he remindes me of him. Although the pizza is great I go to other places sometimes because life is hard enough who wants to hear Mr.Grumpy too!(Stars are for Pizza not the Grumpy Owner)!
