Apparently, people skills are not required to work at Rubies. This place must lead their industry with the worst customer service! Imagine a place even worse than the Motor Vehicles Department during the 1980s.My sixteen year old daughter was in the fitting room at the Melville location when an employee ripped open the curtain and screamed at her while she was getting dressed. This pathetic little woman felt my daughter was talking too long.The store manager was so concerned that he never came out from the back of the store to speak with my wife. After my wife sent an email to the customer service department we received the standard impersonal boiler plate response that they send to all of their mistreated customers.I have never posted a negative review in my life, but this place is really horrible!
