Took my chainsaw in for some repairs and the service center fixed it in a day. I was very pleased with the service.
Horrible customer service! Took lawnmower in - 3 weeks later they still would not return phone calls. Everytime we did get them on phone was told they were diagnosing it then and would call. Never called us once. Took our $25 for diagnosing problem and would not return our money. Kept making excuses as to why they could not get the mower back - all the shops in the city have closed, blah, blah, blah. Don't take your power equipment there - they don't care.
