J.T. Thorpe & Son, also known as JTT, is one of the largest industrial refractory engineering and construction companies in the United States. The company specializes in the supply and installation of refractory, acid resistant and fireproofing materials. J.T. Thorpe & Son works nationally and internationally providing turn key solutions for customers. Headquartered in San Francisco, JTT staffs four other US regional offices, including Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, and Tucson and Maysville, Ky. It also has satellite operations at large project sites around the world. JTT primarily performs work in the United States, but has supported its sister company, QIG, around the world with engineering, material procurement, project management, field supervision and craftsmen. J.T. Thorpe & Son maintains a location in Richmond, Calif.
