my granddaughter goes to Balboa Center. Her teacher has done so much for my granddaughter and the children's they all are learning so much. she feel safe and happy when she go's to school knowing that she is going to be and see her friends and her teacher. everybody at Balboa is wonderful.she came from a bad and sad home that was Arkansas. I thank God for this program. Her Teacher is wonderful thank you for haveing this women. again thank you grandma
