A few weeks ago I bought a full uncut side of beef from them for a party I was having. We cooked it whole on a spit and I want you to know what a success it was. The steer was some of the BEST beef I, or anyone else at the party, have ever had. There were over 200 people there and they all said the same thing, "It doesn't even matter where the meat you're serving comes from on this cow... it is ALL juicy and tender". Over and over I heard the same comment. I'll definitely go back for more!
