I have a storage unit at Flanary Storage in Richlands Virginia. My diseased Mother and Grandmother's items are in there and I owe very little and am willing to pay off the amount due. I have called several times begging them not to auction my unit off and they will not return my calls. I offered to pay off the amount due ASAP and go empty out my storage unit in the messages I left on their answering machine. Geri Flanary and/or their office manager still have not returned my phone calls. I pray in Jesus name Mrs. Flanary finds it in her heart to allow me to pay the unit off and pickup my family heirlooms that mean so much to me. I have had my unit and paid for several years. If Mrs. Flanary allows me to pay off the amount due and pick up my stuff I'll gladly change my review from one star to five stars and rewrite this review positively. Once again, I pray Mrs. Flanary finds it in her heart to allow me to pay off the unit and pick up my stuff.
