Heating and cooling service maintenance contracts are available and we encourage this. Our contracts include two visits a year, and we start by flushing the draining lines; and that is just the start. We also check the operation of your unit. We like to make sure that your heating and air conditioning equipment are operating up to standards and are safe. This is no different than having your cars checked for safe operation. Let a professional check your heating and air twice a year in order to keep it in good working order. If you require a certain type of filter, be sure and call ahead and we will bring it.
