Provided by YP.comPOPP is a local, no-kill organization. Homeless pets are kept in family homes, not cages. They are taught manners, obedience and given lots of love. POPP is the ONLY rescue/adoption group that has a strict policy of spaying and neutering their pets BEFORE they are offered for adoption. Every person involved with POPP is a volunteer, there are no paid positions. The POPP adoption facility in Richland (open on Saturdays only) is cute and clean, and the volunteers are very friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyoond what is expected from a volunteer to ensure that all pets are placed in loving forever homes. A big THANK YOU to these people who work so diligently to help homeless and unwanted pets.
