The friendly service is outstanding. They always remember my name before I get to the window

used to have the best, most delicious coffee in town, in my opinion, but seems to have declined in smoothness of flavor. it's been quite bitter and, at times, has tasted burnt for at least the past 2 months. not sure what changed.

This is THE place to go for great coffee in the Tri-Cities area. The staff are friendly and efficient. They have a card program so you can earn free drinks. But best of all, the coffee is great and comes any way you want it. I recommend the killer caramel.

Guaranteed conversation more in depth than the weather and a smile for every bean it took to make my cup of coffee.I enjoy the atmosphere and wish there were more locations.
